If you have been following me for any length of time, you would know that I have become shamelessly addicted to Gossip Girl. It is such a guilty pleasure for me. The makeup and fashion is to die for. I like to think of it as Sex and the City for teenagers.
When I watch any TV show or movie, I keep my eyes open for potential makeup tutorials. I really wanted to do something simple and easy for those of you who are just getting into makeup, or for those of you who just want to feel like Queen B for just one day.
