I have had this palette sitting in my drawer, waiting to be used, for a few days. I have been wanting to play around with it since I got it in the mail, but I was trying to be a good blogger and wait until I got my new camera (Canon Rebel t5i if you're curious) to photograph it. Better late than never, right?
The first thing I noticed when I opened the palette was the smell of chocolate. Each eyeshadow is formulated with real cocoa powder, therefore it smells delicious.
From Left to Right:
Licorice: Deep matte black. This is one of the blackest blacks in my collection (second to only Makeup Geek "Corrupt".
Cocoa Chili: Medium brown with tan shimmer. The shimmer doesn't transfer well onto the skin but it is a beautiful shade.
Rum Raisin: Frosty taupe.
Coconut Creme: matte cream. This shade doesn't show up very on my skin tone.
Pink Sugar: light pink with pink shimmer. This shade was the most surprising out of the bunch. I did not expect to like this at all. Now that I've swatched it, I cannot wait to incorporate this into a look.
Mousse: matte cool toned brown. Perfect for the crease!
Puddin': matte cool toned medium brown.
Caramel: frosty rose gold. More gold than "Bon Bon".
Nougat: matte tan with a purple undertone.
Blueberry Swirl: navy with cobalt sparkle.
Bon Bon: frosty rose gold. More pink than "Caramel".
Truffled: matte medium warm toned brown.
Peanut Butter: matte warm toned brown. Slightly lighter than Makeup Geek "Cocoa Bear".
Hot Fudge: matte dark cool toned brown.
Frosting: frosty medium brown.
Butter Pecan: satin yellow toned highlight shade.
