It is vey hard to describe the texture of this product. All I can say is that you need to try them for yourself. They are a a pressed pigment with incredible color payoff. You can use them wet or dry, but the pigment is so intense, using it wet isn't necessary. These are said to be an exact dupe of the Armani Eyes To Kill shadows for a fraction of the price.
