FotD and OotD: Mermaid Eyes!!

Here in the DFW area, spring is in full force (sorry to those of you in other areas with less than fantastic weather at the moment). I have officially broken out the shorts, skirts and tank tops (and of course, mermaid-esque eyeshadows. Lets just be honest, when are theses shadows not in style).
